Dear Valued Customers,
In an effort to curtail the spread of COVID-19, the Governor of Illinois has issued a Stay At Home Order for all residents beginning at 5pm CST, Saturday, March 21st and lasting through Tuesday, April 7th. The order does exempt employees of companies that support critical infrastructure to continue to report to work.
Impact Plastics provides essential components to ensure the effective removal, storage, and disposal of residential and commercial solid waste and hazardous waste and has been deemed a critical infrastructure industry as defined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During COVID-19 Response memo, dated March 19, 2020, which states, “If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security,…you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule.”
We will continue to manufacture and ship products from our facilities around the country while maintaining an unwavering commitment to keeping our Employees and their families safe and healthy.
We wish you the best personally and professionally during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Brian C. Beth
